Function purpose:
? Functional Specialist / Handle small to medium level projects/
systems through requirements analysis, project planning and quality
assurance.
? Analysis of business systems and/or business processes to identify
user needs, document requirements, and address operations/process
issues/improvements to accomplish business objectives. Function
description:

Responsible for producing detailed business requirements/specification
documents, including conducting walkthrough meetings, workshops with
impacted technical/system groups, testing groups, service groups, and
business users.
Key tasks:
? Primary point of contact to analyze and define business requirements
and translate into system requirements.
? Understand customer and user requirements, strategies and goals.
? Rationalize common versus country specific requirements at
functional level
? Prepare / review functional specifications and peer review log
? Work jointly with Design group to prepare the Software Estimation
Worksheet (SEW)
? Prepare / review to ensure traceability from business requirement
document to functional specifications.
? Assist in developing project schedule, test and implementation
plans
? Participate in design reviews
? Review test plan and test scripts (SIT & UAT)
? Provide Testing Support (SIT & UAT)
? Prepare or review training materials
? Conduct Training
? Review cutover plan & checklist
? Interested in Teamwork

? Strong domain knowledge specially in the areas of retail banking,

? Exposure to software estimation methodology
? Fairly good in planning, organizing, implementing and evaluating

? Advance technical awareness of the various front-end and back-end

? A fairly good negotiator
? Fairly good in structured problem solving and ability to analyze

? Must be fluent in English. Ability to speak foreign languages will
