Responsibilities:



?Creating and running functional tests and end-to-end system
integration tests
?Creating, and managing a system test plan for individual projects
?Managing mitigation strategies for any risks
?Reviewing and checking all test output,
?Audit test execution processes
?Giving appropriate feedback to individual testers;
?Continuous review of the testing processes
?Completion of an overall system test strategy for each test project
or release of software.
?Ensure effective maintenance and management of the team?s test
assets,
?Assess the impact and testing risk of software changes.


Requirements:

?Proven experience gained in a system test role, preferably within the
financial services industry
?Higher education
?Very good knowledge of English
?Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
?Excellent communication skills
?Good client focus with the ability to build positive effective
relationships.
?Ability to plan for both long term and short term projects.
?Ability to work effectively under pressure.
?Strong negotiating skills.
?Proven use of problem solving skills
