Fenomem is looking for a Copywriter / Community Manager for various brands under the Fenomem umbrella. The Copywriter will be responsible for creating an engaging online&offline content.
The Copywriter must be able to voice many different styles in English and Polish as required for the various brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Generating creative campaign concepts
- Creating copy for all online&offline media
- Responding to questions, comments and concerns on the various social media accounts
- Manage, plan and schedule the editorial calendar
- Monitor and participate in the online conversations to build brand awareness and engagement
- Generate strategies, ideation, and tactical executions for community engagement
- Produce and manage Social Media, Website, Blog and Email newsletter content
- Execute social media strategies
- Identify and engage influencers in target communities
- Track and analyze key metrics to ensure active community participation and growth
- Stay current with social media marketing trends, research new tools for social media management, and brainstorm new ideas for social media campaigns.
Desired Skills & Experience
- Minimum 2 years experience in copywriting.
- 1+ years experience in social media strategy development, social influencer outreach, and content creation / integration across social platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, Pinterest, Tumblr, Vine, Google+ and others.
- Strong computer skills (PPT, XLS)
- Ability to work to deadlines and under pressure
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English & Polish)
- Strong attention to detail
- Internet savvy with a thorough understanding of social networking
- Ability to multi-task, think quickly and work as part of a team
- Published/demonstrated ability to write in diverse styles and voices
- Ability to extract feedback from customers to inform product development
- Enthusiasm, strong work ethic and a positive attitude
- Comfortable working for a small company
- Have outstanding oral and written communication skills, and visual communication skills are certainly a bonus
