For our client, the world's fastest growing restaurant service, we are looking for a candidate for the position of:
Country Manager
Workplace: WARSAW
Person in this position will be responsible for building a team of employees, budget management and online advertising projects.
Responsibilities:
• Starting Operations in the Country from scratch
• Post the set up, sustaining the operations by identifying new business, marketing opportunities and generating revenue
• Leading the marketing and PR efforts to create strong visibility in the market and drive traffic to the website and mobile applications
• Managing the P&L as a primary responsibility
• Driving recruitment and training across different functions
• Consistently mentoring and ensuring individual growth of the team members in addition to the overall growth
• Setting up the legal/admin/operational
Requirements:
• 7+ years of work experience
• Should have lived/worked in Poland for a period of at least 3 years
• Should posses startup acumen - strong work ethics, willingness to get hands dirty and get stuff done
• Good interpersonal skills and 3+ years of experience in managing and leading teams
• Should have been responsible for managing P&L of a set up/market
• Good business judgment, prioritization, focus and ability to multi-task while working in a highly charged environment
• Excellent oral and written communication skills and good command over the English language
• Prior start up experience is a bonus
