As a Full Stack Engineer, you will be responsible for:

• Rapidly prototyping and launching MVP applications powered by LLMs and AI services
• Leading front-end development using React (TypeScript) to deliver intuitive, responsive UIs for editors and journalists
• Designing and developing backend services (choose your flavor: Node.js, Python, Go, or Java/Kotlin) that power AI features at scale
• Integrating with cutting-edge AI/ML services and collaborating with data scientists to put their models into production
• Making architectural decisions and shaping the technical direction of our solutions
• Following DevOps and CI/CD best practices for smooth deployment and monitoring
• Working closely with Product Owners and end-users to understand needs and deliver value iteratively
• Continuously improving team practices, sharing knowledge, and mentoring others

Must have skills:

• Curiosity about AI, especially LLMs, and willingness to work closely with AI/ML specialists,
• Strong React (and ideally TypeScript) skills, with proven experience in building production-grade frontends
• Familiarity with REST APIs, Streaming, WebSockets, and asynchronous data flows
• Experience with at least one backend stack (e.g. Node.js/Express, Python/FastAPI, Go, or Java/Kotlin + Spring Boot)
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS (e.g. Lambda, SQS, DynamoDB, ECS/EKS)
• Good understanding of modern web architecture (micro frontends, SPAs, CDNs, caching)

Additional Assets:

•  Experience working with generative AI APIs (OpenAI, Claude, Mistral, 11-Labs etc.)
• Exposure to Prompt Engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and agentic workflows
• Understanding of Vector Databases (e.g. Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS)
• Coding with AI (e.g. GITHub Copilot, Cursor)
• Familiarity with low-code/no-code tools (e.g. n8n, Make, Zapier)
