Presentation Scheduler
We are looking for a person to join Presentation Scheduling team dedicated to the accurate and creative transmission of our TV channels. The A+E Networks Poland team are passionate experts that bring our brands alive with a collaborative, creative and connected approach.
As a Presentation Scheduler you will have strong attention to detail and be a team player.
The role will work closely with peers within Programming, Media Planning, Continuity & Navigation. This opportunity is offered to experienced schedulers as well as new entrants who want to start a career in Television industry.
Requirements:
• Good knowledge of English (written and verbal)
• Exactitude and precision
• Team player who knows how to work independently and has time management skills that allow working efficiently to meet tight deadlines
• Pro-active and goal-oriented approach
• Good command of Microsoft Office Excel
• We are open for recent graduates and last years' students
Key Responsibilities:
• Be responsible for the provision of accurate and creative schedules to TX Playout in a timely manner while maintaining a thorough understanding of their individual requirements and all associated services.
• Support Playout and collaborate to remedy on air issues
• Implement airtime strategy that has been set in collaboration with the Media Planning team. Understand and interpret promotional ratings to best effect.
• Have a good knowledge of the channels, technology and operations required to perform your duties, and act as a resource for others to support their learning.
• Consistently identify, prioritize and deal with incidents in a timely and professional manner by implementing the appropriate fix.
• Escalate problems in the required timescales and via the most effective route, retaining ownership of the issues, promptly carrying out follow up analysis when needed.
• Take the initiative to pass on information and updates, providing and receiving training when required.
• Effectively managing late programme and promotional changes.
• Play a key role in the accurate attachment and resolution of issues with templates to ensure maximum minutage for Ad Sales houses, thus playing a vital role in generating revenue.
• Increase your knowledge and understanding of key stakeholder teams such as Playout, Media Planning, Programme Planning, Creative, Compliance, Production and Continuity.
