Campaign manager Storytel PL
Swedish audiobook service Storytel is growing, and now that we are expanding our business into Poland we are looking for a Campaign manager to join our Polish team.
About the role:
The Campaign manager role aims to support the marketing department primarily on an operational level.
The Campaign manager has the responsibility to manage the creative work in collaboration with internal and external parties, control the marketing process, monitor, allocate and prioritize resources. He/she is also to coordinate purchasing of media with production, tech department, support and other parties - both internally and externally.
An important part of your role as a campaign manager is creating and managing targeted online marketing campaigns. This requires skills in Google analytics, Adwords and equivalent marketing tools.
You will be responsible for maintaining a dialogue with Publishing & Content to pick up major titles and develop newsletters and other communication on social media.
Campaign manager works operationally with the design and production of campaigns but also strategically to build communication with existing customers via social media, newsletters and blog. The role is broad but consists largely of production and implementation of various projects as well as ensuring that the marketing plan is executed
You will be working in a small team and report to the country manager.
Who are you?
You are a marketing professional with a few years experience who is looking for a challenge within a successful digital book service.
You are a skilled marketer and communicator who will have full responsibility for the operational side of the marketing activities but who also has a say in the strategic marketing plan. You are used to take charge of big and small projects and make sure that they are followed through.
You are also used to working in a fast paced environment and want to be a part of building a service on a new market.
Responsibilities
• Planning, execution and follow up of marketing campaigns, offline and online
• Digital marketing strategy and implementation
• Production and creation of material
• Negotiation and scouting of new marketing channels
• Involved with PR activities in collaboration with agency
• Newsletters and inbound marketing activities
• Responsible for Storytel.pl’s social media plan and execution
• Collaborate with other markets on cross border campaigns and development of new material
Requirements:
• Have 3-5 years of experience in similar role
• Have a bachelor's degree in marketing or equivalent
• Is structured with strong communication skills
• Is used to run and manage projects
• Experience in working with Google Adwords, Facebook Ads and equivalent alternatives
• Has knowledge of Photoshop and Indesign
• The role will involve some negotiation in which we would prefer that you already have experience in this.
• Is native Polish and fluent in English
