APL Publishing GmbH is looking for an ambitious Sales Consultant for the German (DACH) market
Location:
Hybrid position – As APL Publishing has management in Cyprus, Poland (Warsaw) and Denmark (Copenhagen), we are ideally looking for a German speaking employee in one of these locations, who would be willing to travel Germany for sales meetings on a quarterly basis.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Consultant to join our team. This role involves promoting and selling our extensive range of production music to various clients within the audiovisual industry, including TV, advertising agencies, and media companies.
WHAT WE EXPECT OF YOU
- Experience in external sales preferably within entertainment or media.
- Comfortable and successful at reaching out to clients primarily via phone calls on a daily basis.
- Driving growth through upsell and ensuring strong client retention.
- Meeting weekly and monthly targets
- Results driven and being self-motivator is key to success in the position.
- Being proactive in everything you do; identifying new potential clients.
- Strong persuasion and networking skills.
- Passionate about music, ability to talk about current trends
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE, QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ years’ experience in external sales with outgoing calls as a part of previous position
- Strong German language skills and business English.
- Knowledge about the German media industry is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:
- Target potential clients and develop closer ties within the German media industry (DACH).
- Conduct sales meetings, both online (video calls) and in-person, across Germany.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through excellent service and follow-up.
- Utilize strong telemarketing skills to generate leads and book meetings.
- Getting new styling briefs from TV editors on a weekly basis
