production manager

LETKO - 2D animation studio is expanding its production department, we're looking for a production manager

Place of work: our office in Warsaw/ a hybrid model of office and remote work

Who are we looking for:

- expert communication in English is a must, knowledge of Polish is optional
- minimum 2 years of experience in film production as a coordinator
- experience in animation production is welcome but interest in animation is a must
- ability to plan, coordinate and supervise work of the production team
- team player with a keen eye for detail and analytical thinking
- good self-organisation with ability to identify priorities
- person who is independent, responsible and passionate about their work
- knowledge of management software such as Asana, Ftrack or Shotgrid would be a plus

What will you do:

- coordinate animation teams working on international productions
- collaborate and communicate with international clients
- planning, budgeting, scheduling and executing production assumptions
- participate in improving organisation and workflow of our productions
- participate in developing and producing new projects in the studio
