TV Technology Engineer
We are looking for individuals to fill the role of designer / cost estimator / AV technical expert. Who feels great in digitization of materials, preparation of materials for broadcast, standardization of files, QC files.
Proven experience and knowledge of the industry is preferred, but people who want to grow and are not afraid of challenges are also welcome.
Your responsibilities
- Working experience with Media and Digital Asset management softwares (MAM & DAM)
- Creation of manual presets and automatic workflows for video, audio and subtitle transcoding using softwares like VANTAGE, AME, FFMPEG, AWS Thinkbox Deadline transcoding farm
- Support and congfiure studio SAN/NAS, including public clouds like AWS deep glacier.
- Set up and onboard all content clients&distributors via SFTP, Signiant, Aspera systems
- Configuration of Auto QC system and profile set up
- Participation in the process and supervision of digital transmission of audio-video materials,
- Maintaining specialist equipment for audio and video production
- Setting up and monitoring audiovisual links between units in different locations
- Installing and testing new facilities and equipment
- Setting up and operating editing facilities in post-production suites
- Minimizing loss of service when equipment fails by quickly identifying and implementing alternative methods
