indaHash.com, the fastest-growing international platform aggregating over 50,000 influencers worldwide and a reach of approx. 100,000,000, is seeking a COO with strong and proven experience (3 years minimum) leading a fast growing organization, specializing in the field of Social Media/Media/Advertising.
Global Markets Controls team is a senior specialist team operating within the central executive COO function. The team is closely aligned with the businesses, providing central guidance for all Operations and Control Framework activities, including new business, implementation and on-going monitoring (oversight and QA) of Supervision and key Controls. This is a rapidly evolving area of our business, so this is a dynamic changing environment, which will be both challenging and demanding.
WANTED: Global Market Controls Chief Operations Officer
You will be responsible for management, design and implementation of new international processes in Polish back office. You will monitor and report on the implementation of processes on individual markets. You will be implementing new tools to monitor individual performance, software performance and business level performance. You will be a primary contact for both 1st and 2nd line groups and functions. You will work very closely with Managing Director and Co-founders to share knowledge and best practices.

About You: Experience
You must have:
• Management roles on VP or SVP level in medium or large-scale organizations
• Experience in designing and preparation of Management Information
• Track record with Social Media/Media/Advertising deals, their business models and delivery KPI’s
• In-depth understanding of efficient delegation and reporting
• Managing large clients and agencies from a delivery and customer service perspective
• Multi-site management and delivery
• Analytical and confident personality with excellent relationship skills in order to interact with sales, trading, and senior management on business issues
• Excellent quantitative and analytical and problem solving skills
• Ability to multi-task and prioritise workload on a daily basis, adapting to changing workloads
