Project Manager / Producer
Katana Studio (branch in Gdansk or Warsaw) is looking for an experienced Senior Producer to join our team
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day production of software production projects
- Establish schedules to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery for the project
- Track progress and be responsible for product quality
- Report to the team and studio management
- Ensure transparency, awareness, and excitement within the team
Requirements:
- Must have 2+ years experience working as Project Manager / Producer
in creative or IT field - Excellent communication, collaboration, and delegation skills in written and spoken English
- Curious about new formats and technologies and always looking to improve output and workflows
- Calm under pressure and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to accuracy and attention to detail is a must
- Must be willing and able to work flexible hours
- Team player that brings excitement and enthusiasm to work each day
