Founded in 2015, ELEVEN SPORTS NETWORK is a new global sports network dedicated to delivering world-class international and domestic sports and lifestyle entertainment. Initial launches include multiple channels across select domestic markets with each country receiving between 2,500 and 3,000 hours of live coverage of premium sporting events annually, along with news, comprehensive analysis, digital content and local programming. The pay TV channels are 24/7, multiscreen, full HD and locally produced to the highest international production standards, with local language commentary.
The purpose of this role is to maximise revenue and profits from the advertising and sponsorship activities. You will engage with Clients and Agencies to drive the Ad Sales to build the ELEVEN SPORTS NETWORK presence within the industry. We are looking for a sales tiger, with a network on senior level and being really hands-on.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
• Develop the advertising sales potential of ELEVEN SPORTS NETWORK
• Help devise and implement any and all advertising sales strategies for the Company in support of meeting annual revenue targets.
• Gather and interpret any research the Company may acquire to support advertising sales
• Prepare Ad Sales Presentation and make sales presentations to Clients
• Work closely with the Programming and Marketing teams to help support Ad Sales initiatives
• Work closely with the Company’s management team to provide broadcast and programming insight to develop solutions for advertising sales
• Be responsible for coordination sponsorships projects
• Submit timely accurate sales reports
• Manage relationship with clients and media agencies to ensure revenue is maximized whilst brand is protected
• Manage Special project post campaign analysis to ensure timely feedback to clients
• Being a point of contact for the legal and finance teams, ensuring agreements are prepared in a timely manner
• Demonstrable passion and knowledge for sports
REQUIREMENTS
• Over 3 years of experience on TV advertising market
• Excellent sales and communication skills proved by results
• Experience in on-air and online ad related projects execution, digital and TV marketing
• Good Interpersonal skills - ability to influence at all levels
• Must possess superior negotiation skills coupled with a net profit bottom line mentality
• Self-motivated team player with a proven ability to work with aggressive individual and team sales goals.
• Excellent oral, written and presentation skills.

• Strong team player
• Must be creative, be willing to learn and have a burning desire to succeed.

• Fluent written and spoken English and Polish
