BBC Studios Polska has an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Coordinator to join the Warsaw-based Marketing Team working across the BBC business in Poland and CEE.
The role is a 15-month fixed-term contract covering a maternity leave, assisting in delivering the business KPI’s via impactful and effective marketing plans across Poland and CEE territories, focusing on operational and administrative support, while building strong relationships with clients and working closely with the local and UK based teams.
The Marketing team aims to make the BBC Channels and content loved by audiences and to grow its value for affiliate customers. The team works both on direct-to-consumer as well as business-to-business activations, building and maintaining great relationships with viewers and clients across different territories. We are responsible for the marketing strategies, compelling campaigns, audience engagement and making our audiences and clients feel differently about the BBC.
The role will report into Marketing Executive, Poland, and CEE, also based in Warsaw. Due to the nature of the role, we require an excellent level of Polish and English both spoken and written.

Main Responsibilities
- Support Marketing Manager and Marketing Executive in timely delivery of all affiliate requests, activations, and campaigns. Support any documentation for internal approvals processes where required.
- Help Marketing Executive to support the social media presence in Poland, in line with the marketing strategy.
- Collate the assets for the monthly affiliate updates in Poland and CEE in line with the monthly channel highlights.
- Support Sales team with impactful pitch decks, content presentations and creative desk-drops.
- Write briefs for the core promos for BBC Studios channels in Poland and CEE.
- Raise POs and support Marketing team in tracking marketing spend and approvals process - Ongoing budget control and management of marketing spend approvals process.
- Work closely with internal teams (sales, communication, programming, on air, creative, media planning, insights, brands) and support the daily relationship with local agencies (media, creative, social media, events)
- Manage merchandise and branding production.
- Administrative support of the Marketing team.
- Monitor industry and competitor trends.

- Excellent level of Business English & Polish (spoken and written)
- Attention to detail
- Good Excel, PowerPoint, and general computing skills
- This is an entry level position. Marketing experience preferred but not essential
- A passionate commitment to BBC Studios' values, vision, and content
- Professional Experience
- Understanding of marketing value and process
- Experience in TV industry helpful, but not essential
- Some experience within a commercial multi-channel environment helpful
- Some knowledge of EMEA Pay TV Marketing strategy helpful
