In light of dynamic growth we are currently recruiting for a Programming Manager role.

Key responsibilities:

• Preparing monthly grids and executing strategic scheduling plans for A+E Networks Poland channels
• Delivering rating targets
• Control of programming inventory,
• Screening, identifying programming needs, sourcing relevant content
• Proactively performing competitive analysis and market research, adjusting programming plans in order to excel performance of the channels
• Supporting Head of Scheduling in developing programming strategy to drive audience viewing and enhance brand positioning
• Cooperating closely with other departments in the Warsaw office as well as the company’s Headquarters in London and New York.
• Staying on top of scheduling and programming best practices and innovations

Requirements:

• Fluent knowledge of English (written and verbal)
• Experience in creating TV channel schedules (experience with factual channels will be an asset)
• Very good knowledge of technical and operational aspects of channel scheduling process
• Knowledge about media market and TV business, especially thematic channels segment
• Advanced command of audience measurement tools (Advantage TechEdge, Arianna)
• Exactitude and precision
• Pro-active and goal-oriented
• Fan of factual content
• Advanced command of Microsoft Office (Excel and Power Point)
• Good knowledge of audience tastes and trends
