We are looking for an HR Business Partner who:
- Has at least 2 years of experience in HR/Recruitment area
- Is fluent in English and Polish (both written and spoken)
- Is ambitious and likes to take ownership of their own projects
- Has passion for people and project management
- Is empathetic and has an ability to connect with people at all levels
- Is flexible and can adjust to dynamic changes
- Nice to have: international experience
Your responsibilities:
- Building pipeline of top talents through researching and sourcing candidates
- Managing full recruitment processes for Poland (HQ), Indonesia, Japan, Germany, UK, South Africa, United Arab Emirates and, Singapore
- Partnering top managers and C-Level management with building, development and hiring strategies for their departments
- Working closely with our teams and managers to constantly improve employee engagement, performance, and productivity
- Proactively identify needs of the teams, managers and the organization and provide suggestions and solutions
- Initiate, implement and improve programs supporting the team’s business objectives
- Oversee onboarding, employee engagement, learning & development, talent and performance management processes, career-pathing and succession planning in the teams
- Managing people or office related administrative processes
- Constantly cooperating with Finance and Legal Department
- Supporting and overseeing work of Board/Office Assistant
